The first time I heard Aurora’s ’A Different Kind of Human’, I was at work.
It was only last year but it feels like a long time ago.
I took the blue BRT home that day and was among the first 5 people to enter the bus and I sat in the first seat, the one near the front door. I felt like I had been given a gift as that seat had a view almost similar to the driver’s – I could see everything ahead.
As soon as the bus drove out of the terminal, I put the album on repeat.
The song, ’Dance on the Moon’ started to play as we approached the 3rd Mainland Bridge. I can remember everything I felt – light, happy, free of my worries – I had tears in my eyes. I was looking out of the big windshield of the bus with all the bright lights ahead and the road seemed unending.

Currently listening to ‘The River’ as I type this comment. I think music is the best gift to man, much better when you have people that can hand them over to you.
I agree with you.
I love this piece.
Thank you 🥺!
Aurora is one of my wives, I liked it when no one else knew her 🙁
